SHIPMENT PROCESS
Effective Date: May 13 2024
Once your order is placed and we received your payment we will dispatch your product within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of your payment and a track and trace code of the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.
The shipment company sends you update on when they will deliver your package. . Please make sure you are at home to receive your package. If you miss the delivery they will try again. If you miss them 2 times they will send the package back to us. We are not able to refund your package. If the customs seize your package it is at your own cost.
We do not refund your money, if customs seized your package or if you provided us with incorrect address information. You are responsible to know about the legal status of our products in your country and provide us with your correct address.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This shipping policy shall be governed by and construed under the law of the Netherlands.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
LEGALITY
We sell products which are 100% Legal in The Netherlands and the European Union. As we can’t overview all the laws per country, it is your own responsibility to check the Regulatory Status of our products in your country. Ordering from our website and importing our products to your country is on your own discretion. If the customs seizes your package and your product does not arrive, it is at your own cost, we cannot refund your money. We do not refund your money, if customs seized your package.
ADDRESS
We do not refund your if you provided us with incorrect address information. You are responsible to provide us with your correct address.
SHIPMENT
If your package did not arrive due to a mistake of the shipment company, for example it got lost, we will start an investigation after 21 days, to ensure the package might be delivered later of come back to us. The investigation might take another 14 days. If this investigation is completed and the shipment company has defaulted, we can resend your order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us tom@cacaosito.nl.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ruysdaelstraat 55/2 1071XA Amsterdam
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
